How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Find the property you would like to purchase, click “reserve now” to send us an email and tell us that you want the land. We will email you a secure payment link. You follow the link and pay $100 to hold the land and start the transaction. We will send you a contract for you to sign digitally. Depending on whether you purchase with cash or owner financing, we will either collect the remaining balance and record the deed under your name, or set up a monthly payment system. Please note that the reservation is only good for one week unless there is a prior agreement or an approval for extension. If no agreement is signed within a week or the full down payment is not received by the date listed on the agreement, the property will be released to the public again. The $100 reservation fee is not refundable.

Are you a real estate agent?

No, we own all the properties we sell, and everything is for sale by owner. This significantly reduces the cost, and makes the land more affordable to everyone.

Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?

We’d love to. The properties listed on the website are just a portion of the lands that we own. We have other properties that we keep in our long term investment portfolio, but we’d love to sell some of them if they happen to be your dream land. If none of the lands we own will fit your need, we will reach out to our vast network of land owners and investors, and purchase the land that you want. Since we do a lot of transactions with these land owners and investors, we can purchase the lands at a deep discount, and easily pass that savings to you. If you find your dream land listed on another website, feel free to reach out to us as well. There is a good chance that we can get you that land at a discount. 

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

Absolutely not. Every penny you pay goes to the price of the land. 

Why are your properties so cheap?

We acquire lands at deep discount through our marketing effort and bulk purchasing from investors.

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

Land investing is a small world, and reputation is the key to survive this industry. We only use highly secure payment methods. We spell everything clearly in our contract and execute it exactly. We guarantee clean titles for all the properties we sell.
